About Makara
Ruled by Saturn · Earth sign
Makara climbs. Saturn-ruled and patient beyond the zodiac's comfort, it trades quick wins for structures that outlast moods — career, reputation, institutions. Its strength is time itself: what it builds slowly, it keeps. Its lesson is rest and warmth — the mountain is climbed one camp at a time, and even Saturn's sign is allowed to enjoy the view.

When is the Makara weekly horoscope updated?
The weekly horoscope is refreshed at the start of each week and covers the Monday-to-Sunday arc, following the Moon's transit through the Vedic zodiac.
Is the Makara weekly horoscope for my Moon sign or Sun sign?
Vedic astrology reads forecasts from the Moon sign (rāshi) — the sign the Moon occupied at your birth. These pages are written for the Makara Moon sign. If you only know your Western Sun sign, cast your free kundli to find your Moon sign.
How is a weekly horoscope different from the daily one?
The daily horoscope follows the Moon's position on a single day. The weekly horoscope reads the whole arc — the Moon crossing several signs plus the slower planets' pressure — so it can point to the week's better and heavier days rather than a single mood.
Use this Makara weekly horoscope as a map, not a script: the favourable days reward initiative, and the slower days reward preparation. For the day-by-day detail, read your Makara daily horoscope each morning.
