Every one-time purchase on Kundli — kundli reports, tarot spreads, and daily unlocks — is covered for seven days from the moment of purchase. If your reading doesn't speak to you, tell us within that window and we'll return your money in full.
How to request a refund
- Contact us within 7 days of your purchase through the contact details on this site.
- Tell us which reading you purchased — your email or order reference is enough.
- We'll confirm and return the full amount to your original payment method. Most refunds land within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Because our reports are delivered instantly as digital products, the 7-day window runs from purchase. A downloaded PDF report is still refundable within the window — we'd rather lose a sale than keep a customer who feels unseen.
